Returns
The return policy for TREE® brand products, supplied by LW Measurements, follows the general TitanScale USA Return & Exchange Policy with the following important differences:
Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date (not the delivery date).
Item Condition

Items must be returned in “New” condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Used or visibly worn items are not eligible for refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Discounted, obsolete, open box, or refurbished TREE® products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Restocking Fee

Returns made after 30 days, if approved, are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the product value (excluding tax).

Restocking fees may also apply to returns that do not meet the required return conditions.
Return Shipping

For returns due to customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damage or errors must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Upon confirmation, LW Measurements will authorize a return and issue a refund or replacement, depending on availability.
RMA Process Required
All TREE® product returns must go through LW Measurements’ Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process:

Use your own carrier to ship the item once an RMA and return address have been provided
Returns made without prior authorization may be rejected or significantly delayed.
Warranty
All TREE® products supplied by LW Measurements and sold through TitanScale USA are covered by a two (2) year limited warranty against factory defects, beginning from the date of shipment by LW Measurements.
This warranty ensures that all TREE® equipment meets the specifications outlined in the official LW Measurements product manual at the time of shipment.
Warranty Coverage Terms
LW Measurements will, at its discretion, repair or replace TREE® products that are returned within the warranty period, provided the following conditions are met:

Products must be returned in their original packaging. If not properly packed, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If LW Measurements confirms a factory defect, they will cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to the customer.
-
If the issue is not determined to be a factory defect, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping fees.
First 30 Days of Purchase
-
LW Measurements will cover freight both ways for any verified warranty-related issue that arises within 30 days of purchase.
-
After 30 days, the customer must cover the cost of shipping the item back to LW Measurements.
-
LW Measurements will still cover return shipping after repair or replacement has been completed.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty will be voided if any of the following are found to have occurred:

Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper installation, repair, or unauthorized testing
-
Modifications or alterations performed by anyone other than LW Measurements' technical team
-
Cutting or tampering with load cell cables, wires, or opening the scale housing
All warranty evaluations and final decisions regarding eligibility are made solely at the discretion of LW Measurements.
Customer Responsibilities

Shipping Damage: It is the customer’s responsibility (or their recipient’s, in the case of drop-shipping) to inspect shipments upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier immediately. Damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Claims for transit damage must be submitted directly to the carrier, with supporting documentation including photos.
-
Even if installation is delayed, shipments must be inspected immediately upon receipt to preserve eligibility for freight claims.
Geographic Scope

Warranty coverage applies only to products shipped within North America (including the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico).
-
Customers located outside North America are responsible for all shipping fees related to service or warranty issues.
-
While international customers are not eligible for full warranty service, lifetime technical support is available regardless of location.
Limitations of Liability
LW Measurements and its authorized resellers, including TitanScale USA, shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of TREE® products. Liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item, as outlined in this warranty policy.
No alterations to this policy are valid unless agreed to in writing by a corporate officer of LW Measurements.
