Shipping policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy provides a clear overview of how shipping works across our entire product catalog. Because we carry products ranging from small bench scales to large industrial equipment, shipping methods and costs vary by product.
For this reason, product-specific details are always displayed on the product page itself under the “Shipping & Delivery” tab. Please review that tab for the most accurate information before completing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within one to two business days. Once processing is complete, your order will be released for shipment and tracking information will be sent to you directly.
Shipping Methods
We ship to addresses within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
Depending on the product, your order will ship by one of two methods.
Smaller and mid-size scales that can safely ship in a parcel box will ship by Standard Shipping (UPS or FedEx Ground).
Larger and heavier scales will ship by Freight (LTL). Freight deliveries may require either dock delivery (if your location has a loading dock or forklift) or liftgate delivery (if no dock or forklift is available). The correct option will always be shown and selectable at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping generally arrives within 1–10 business days after order processing.
Freight Shipping generally arrives within 1–15 business days after order processing. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the specific product, delivery location, and carrier availability.

While this umbrella policy provides general guidance, every product has its own shipping details. Product-specific shipping methods, charges, and delivery windows are listed under the “Shipping & Delivery” tab on the product page.
At checkout, you will also see the available shipping option or options and the exact charges before confirming your purchase.
