The Ravas 5200 is a Legal for Trade manual pallet jack scale built for heavy-duty warehouse and industrial weighing applications. With a 4400 lb capacity, digital touchscreen display, and rugged steel frame, it’s designed for high-volume operations where accuracy and durability are non-negotiable. Unlike lower-tier models, the 5200 streamlines both material handling and weighing in one ergonomic solution — ideal for freight terminals, logistics centers, and busy manufacturing floors.
Its advanced touchscreen indicator ensures excellent visibility in low-light or high-traffic areas, while the RS-232 output and optional wireless connectivity allow seamless integration into warehouse systems. The 5200 also features an ergonomic pump handle for reduced operator fatigue and a fully enclosed indicator for harsh or dusty conditions. Upgradeable to a 5500 or 6600 lb capacity, the 5200 is ready to scale with your business needs.

Returns
RAVAS Product Return Policy
This return policy applies specifically to products supplied by the brand RAVAS and should be read alongside our General Return & Exchange Policy. Where any terms differ, the conditions below will apply exclusively to RAVAS items.
Return Eligibility – Key Differences Apply
While the general return policy allows for returns within 30 days of delivery, RAVAS requires that returns be initiated within 30 days of the shipment date, not delivery.
Additionally, please note the following exceptions to our general return eligibility:
-
Orders totaling $10,000 or more are not eligible for return.
-
Used, damaged, or obsolete products cannot be returned, even if within the return window.
-
All items must be in re-saleable condition, which will be confirmed by RAVAS upon inspection.
Return Authorization – Mandatory RMA Requirement
Unlike our general policy, where returns may be initiated through TitanScale, RAVAS returns must be authorized directly through RAVAS. Customers must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.
To request an RMA, contact RAVAS USA, INC. at 330-425-3092, and be ready to provide:
-
The original invoice or sales order number
-
Item numbers and quantities
-
Reason for the return
-
Contact information for the return coordinator
Important: The RMA number must be clearly marked on all shipping cartons and documentation. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or returned at your expense.
Shipping and Restocking – Variations from General Policy
While TitanScale generally covers return shipping and does not apply restocking fees, the following RAVAS-specific conditions override those terms:
-
Customers are responsible for all return freight charges.
-
Freight charges are not refundable.
-
Accepted returns may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, based on the order total.
-
RAVAS may apply additional charges for any damage found during inspection.
-
Items deemed non-creditable after inspection will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items – Additional Restrictions Apply
The following RAVAS items are non-returnable under any circumstances, which is a stricter condition than our general policy:

Warranty
At Titan Scale USA, we distribute high-quality RAVAS weighing systems and accessories. All warranty coverage for these products is provided by the original manufacturer, RAVAS USA, INC. The following outlines the official RAVAS Warranty Policy, which applies to all qualifying RAVAS-manufactured equipment.
Standard Warranty Coverage
-
RAVAS warrants all equipment they manufacture for a period of 12 months from the shipment date against defects in materials and workmanship.
-
This warranty applies only to the original owner of the equipment.
-
Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts at the sole discretion of RAVAS.
-
RAVAS will cover shipping and handling charges for warrantable claims.
Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does not cover the following:
-
Electronic products (e.g., computers, printers, scanners, specialty indicators) not manufactured by RAVAS — these are covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
-
Failures resulting from incorrect installation, calibration, or operation outside of the provided manuals.
-
Intentional or unintentional misuse or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
-
Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
-
No other warranties, express or implied, are provided. All implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
-
RAVAS is not liable for punitive, special, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the purchase price of the defective product.
Warranty Service Process
-
All warranty work must be pre-authorized by RAVAS.
-
Warranty repairs will be performed by a RAVAS technician or a certified scale technician dispatched by RAVAS.
-
A valid Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required for all warranty claims. (See our Returns Policy for details.)
-
No warranty claim will be processed without a valid RMA number and authorized Service Work Ticket.
Product Returns for Warranty Repair
If the product must be returned to RAVAS USA in Twinsburg, Ohio:
-
RAVAS will coordinate the return shipment.
-
The customer is responsible for securely packaging the product for return.
-
Once repaired, RAVAS will handle the return shipment to the customer.
A warranty claim will be considered complete and closed once the service work receives a “Pass” designation in Section 7 of the RAVAS Service Work Ticket.
