This product is shipped by Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight because it is too large or heavy to be shipped by standard parcel carriers such as UPS or FedEx. LTL freight shipments are delivered by professional freight carriers.

Delivery Options
- Dock Delivery

- Liftgate Delivery
Liftgate delivery is required if your location does not have a loading dock or forklift. The truck will be equipped with a hydraulic lift that lowers the pallet safely to the ground. For example, if your delivery address is a retail storefront, veterinary clinic, or residential area without unloading equipment, you should select liftgate delivery. This option ensures that your shipment can be safely unloaded at your location.

Returns
Most Adam Equipment products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified.
Returned items should be in new or lightly used condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

Warranty
Adam Equipment warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of dispatch. Coverage includes parts and labor for eligible repairs.
Some Adam Equipment products are backed by a five year warranty. These include Equinox, Solis, Luna and Nimbus balances, PMB moisture analyzers, anti-vibration tables, AGB and AGF bench and floor scales, Cruiser CCT, CDT and CKT ranges, GBC and GFC counting scales, GBK and GFK checkweighing scales, Gladiator waterproof scales, GB and GF platforms, and GC indicators.
Other products are covered by a three year warranty. These include Aqua ABW washdown scales, BCT and BKT label-printing scales, CPWplus scales, Highland HCB balances, Latitude LBX scales, Swift SWZ retail scales, MDW physician scales, MTB baby and toddler scales, AE403 waterproof indicators, PT and PTM platform scales, and AELP pallet beam scales.
A smaller group of products carry a two year warranty. These include SHS, LHS and IHS crane scales, AE503 and AE504 indicators, Dune DCT compact balances, CBX and CB balances, and PTSplus and PTT pallet truck scales.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or neglect. It does not cover improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage caused by not following operating instructions. Consumables, accessories, and parts not manufactured by Adam Equipment are excluded. The warranty is valid only if the product has been paid for in full and used under normal working conditions.
For warranty claims, products must be returned in suitable packaging with the correct claim documentation. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to an Adam service center. Adam will cover the cost of return shipping for items that are repaired or replaced under warranty.
